The price was very reasonable for the peace of mind it offered. Considering my regular mobile provider would have asked me for more than double for the same period of time. Before activating the SIM I contacted customer services on WhatsApp to clarify a few points and the response was quick, in depth and very helpful even going so far as to follow up with some helpful clarifying points after I thought we were already finished. The service was robust and throughout my time in Japan I had no issues with download speed or accessing the data I needed. I would easily recommend this to anyone and will be using this service again if I ever make it back to Japan. Thank you for helping make my trip simple and safe.

I purchased a five-day coverage , it supposed to work from 5:30 pm on April 2nd till 5:30 Apr 7th, however it didn’t work since midnight on the 7th.

Please note that the data plan begins once the eSIM connects to a local network. Additionally, the validity of each day is calculated based on 00:00 (midnight) Japan Standard Time. This means that regardless of the activation time, the plan counts each calendar day from midnight to midnight. For example, if the eSIM is activated at 05:30 PM, it will still count as one full day once it reaches 00:00, so the final valid day would be April 6.

The service is awesome. As soon as you land and connect to the airport WiFi you just scan the QR code and boom in 2 min you have your eSIM activated. I had an excellent unlimited connection with lightning fast speed through my journey!
