The service is delivered digitally and allows users to access mobile data through local network operators in supported destinations.

Service availability and performance depend on local telecommunications infrastructure and partner networks.

2. Activation & Usage

The eSIM is activated upon QR code installation or first network connection
Validity begins once the eSIM is activated
Data usage may be subject to network conditions and Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
Speeds and connectivity may vary depending on location, congestion, and infrastructure

3. Pricing & Payment

Full payment is required before service delivery
Prices and plans are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice
In case of billing disputes, customers must contact support with details of the issue

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled before the eSIM QR code is delivered
After delivery, cancellation is not available
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Fair Usage & Network Policy

To maintain network quality:

Mobile network operators may apply speed restrictions under high usage conditions
Network performance may be reduced in high-density or congested areas
Temporary service limitations may occur without prior notice

6. Limitation of Liability

ESIMJAPAN.com is not responsible for:

Network disruptions, speed reduction, or service interruptions
Device incompatibility or carrier lock issues
Incorrect installation or user error
External factors related to local telecom infrastructure

To activate an eSIM,
your device must be both

eSIM-compatible

Carrier unlocked

1. Go to [Settings] > [General] > [About] on your device.

2. Look for “Network Provider Lock – No SIM restrictions”:

◦ If you see this, your phone is unlocked.
◦ If not, your phone is locked.

1. Go to [Settings] > [Connections] > [Mobile networks] on your device.

2. Select [Network operators]:

◦ If multiple networks appear, your phone is likely unlocked.
◦ If only one network appears or you cannot find the option to search networks, your phone is likely locked to the carrier.

1. Go to [Settings] > [Network and Internet] > [Internet] on your device.

2. Select your SIM > [Automatically Select Network]:

◦ If multiple networks appear, your phone is likely unlocked.
◦ If only one network appears or you cannot find the option to search networks, your phone is likely locked to the carrier.
