“The eSIM card cannot be activated right now. Please try again later.”

What to try

1. Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
2. Turn off VPN if you are using one.
3. Restart your phone.
4. Choose manual installation instead of scanning the QR code.
5. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code exactly as shown in your order email.

For the best results, we recommend scanning the QR code. If scanning issues persist, you may manually enter the eSIM details.

How to install manually

Apple

1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service] > [Add eSIM].
2. Tap [Use QR code].
3. Click [Enter Details Manually].
4. Enter the ‘SM-DP+ Address’ and ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

   Please make sure you don’t paste with https:// or http://.

5. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.

Samsung

1. Go to [Settings] > [SIM Card Manager] > [Add eSIM].
2. Tap [Scan QR code] > [Enter activation code].
3. Enter the ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

   Please make sure you don’t paste with https:// or http://.

4. Click [Add].
5. Your device will automatically start the activation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Google

1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs].
2. Select [+Add SIM] > [Download a new eSIM].
3. Tap [Need help?] > [Enter it manually].
4. Enter the ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

   Please make sure you don’t paste with https:// or http://.

5. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.
