Can I get a refund after using eSIM?

Refunds are generally not available after the eSIM has been installed and data has been used. eSIM is a digital product, so it cannot be restored, returned, or resold once used.

Why refunds are limited

After installation and usage, the eSIM profile and data access are already delivered to the device. For this reason, we cannot recover the product in the same way as a physical item.
