How do I check if my device supports eSIM?
You can check eSIM compatibility in your phone settings. In general, your device likely supports eSIM if you can find an EID, a second IMEI, or an “[Add eSIM]” option.
How to check on iPhone
- Open [Settings].
- Tap [General] > [About].
- Scroll down and check for EID or more than one IMEI number.
- If EID or a second IMEI appears, your iPhone likely supports eSIM.
How to check on Samsung
- Open [Settings].
- Tap [Connections] > [SIM Manager].
- Check whether [Add eSIM] is available.
- If [Add eSIM] appears, your Samsung device likely supports eSIM.
How to check on Google Pixel
- Open [Settings].
- Tap [Network & Internet] > [SIMs].
- Check whether [Add SIM] or [Add eSIM] is available.
- If the option appears, your Pixel likely supports eSIM.
How to check on other Android devices
- Open the Phone app.
- Dial *#06#.
- Check whether EID and IMEI2 are displayed.
- If both appear, your device likely supports eSIM.
One more thing to check
Even if your device supports eSIM, it must also be carrier-unlocked. A carrier-locked device cannot use our eSIM.
