How do I delete the eSIM?

Quick Answer

We do not recommend deleting your eSIM while it is still in use. Most eSIMs cannot be reinstalled after deletion. Delete it only after your trip or plan usage is completely finished.

How to delete eSIM on iPhone

Open [Settings] > [Cellular] or [Mobile Service].
Select the eSIM line.
Tap [Delete eSIM] or [Remove Cellular Plan].
Confirm the deletion.

How to delete eSIM on Samsung

Open [Settings] > [Connections] > [SIM manager]
Select our eSIM
Tap [Remove]

How to delete eSIM on Google

Open [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
Select the eSIM you want to delete
Tap [Erase eSIM]

Before deleting

Please make sure you no longer need the eSIM. If you delete it by mistake, we may not be able to reissue or reinstall the same eSIM.
