How do I activate my eSIM plan on my phone?

After your purchase is complete, you will receive a QR code by email. You can install the eSIM by scanning the QR code or by entering the activation details manually. Install the eSIM while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

Before you start

  • Make sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked.
  • Connect to stable Wi-Fi.
  • Do not delete the eSIM after installation, as most eSIMs cannot be reinstalled.

Apple

A. Quick installation for iOS 17.4 or newer

  1. Open the QR voucher we sent via email.
  2. Click the link located below the sentence “iOS 17.4 or newer?”.

B. Activate by Scanning the QR Code

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service] > [Add eSIM].
  2. Scan the QR code you received via email.
  3. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.

C. Activate by Entering Manual Information

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service] > [Add eSIM].
  2. Tap [Use QR code].
  3. Click [Enter Details Manually].
  4. Enter the ‘SM-DP+ Address’ and ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

    Please make sure you don’t paste with https:// or http://.

  5. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.

Samsung

A. Activate by Scanning the QR Code

  1. Go to [Settings] > [SIM Manager] > [Add eSIM].
  2. Tap [Scan QR code].
  3. Scan the QR code you received via email.
  4. Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.

B. Activate by Entering Manual Information

  1. Go to [Settings] > [SIM Card Manager] > [Add eSIM].
  2. Tap [Scan QR code] > [Enter activation code].
  3. Click [Enter Details Manually].
  4. Enter the ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

  5. Click [Add].
  6. Your device will automatically start the activation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Google

A. Activate by Scanning the QR Code

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs].
  2. Select [+Add SIM] > [Download a new eSIM].
  3. Scan the QR code you received via email.
  4. Confirm your eSIM by tapping [Download] in the lower-right corner of your screen.

B. Activate by Entering Manual Information

  1. Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs].
  2. Select [+Add SIM] > [Download a new eSIM].
  3. Tap [Need help?] > [Enter it manually].
  4. Enter the ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

  5. Your device will automatically start the activation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
