How do I set APN?

Quick Answer

In most cases, APN is set automatically. If your data does not work, check the APN details in the “Instructions to Use Data” section of your order and enter them manually if needed.

Where to find APN information

You can find the APN details at the bottom of your order page or voucher under Instructions to Use Data.

How to set APN on iPhone

Open [Settings] > [Cellular] or [Mobile Service].
Select your eSIM.
Tap [Cellular Data Network], if available.
Enter the APN exactly as shown in your instructions.

How to set APN on Samsung

Open [Settings] > [Connections] > [SIM manager]
Click [Access Point Names]
Make sure you choose our eSIM and click “+” to add APN
Type the APN information and save
Select the APN you just created
Restart the device

How to set APN on Google

Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs]
Select our eSIM
Scroll down to choose [Access Point Names]
Click “+” to add APN
Type the APN information in the APN field.
Select the APN you just created
Restart the device

After changing APN

Turn airplane mode on and off, or restart your device, then try using mobile data again.
