This error usually means the eSIM download was interrupted. Connect to stable Wi-Fi and try installing again. Do not delete any eSIM that may have been partially added.

What to try
- Connect to a stable Wi-Fi network.
- Turn off VPN if you are using one.
- Restart your phone.
- Try scanning the QR code again.
- If scanning does not work, try manual installation using the activation details.
How to install manually
Apple
- Go to [Settings] > [Cellular/Mobile Service] > [Add eSIM].
- Tap [Use QR code].
- Click [Enter Details Manually].

Enter the ‘SM-DP+ Address’ and ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

- Your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once the details are set.
Samsung
- Go to [Settings] > [SIM Card Manager] > [Add eSIM].
- Tap [Scan QR code] > [Enter activation code].

Enter the ‘Activation Code’ provided in the email.

- Click [Add].
- Your device will automatically start the activation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Go to [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [SIMs].
- Select [+Add SIM] > [Download a new eSIM].
- Tap [Need help?] > [Enter it manually].
