啟用時間點

當你連上日本當地網路時，流量方案便會開始計算。你可以先在出發前掃描 QR Code 並安裝 eSIM，實際啟用則以連上日本當地網路的時間為準。一天以日本時間 00:00 計算，例如在 23:00 啟用，時間一到 00:00 就會被算作一天。

 
刪除後無法重新安裝

若你將 eSIM 從手機中刪除，該方案的數據將一併被移除，且無法再次安裝。請在使用期間，切勿按下［移除行動方案］等刪除 eSIM 的按鍵。

如果沒有收到含 QR Code 的郵件，該怎麼辦？

系統會在你完成下單後，大約 15 分鐘內自動將 QR Code 寄送到你在訂單中填寫的電子郵件信箱。若仍未收到，請依照以下步驟確認：

  1. 請先檢查「促銷」或「垃圾郵件」資料夾。
  2. 有可能在填寫信箱時不小心打錯字。若懷疑有誤，請來信 [email protected]，我們會盡快重新寄送給你。

    I had to install the esim twice as the first time it did not connect to any network.
    Besides I don’t know how many gigas I have used. A sms with 50%-75%-90% notice would be great.
